About the Job

We are currently seeking a Relationship Guide to join our team at the Bel Air branch. This front-line position is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while assisting with basic banking needs, processing transactions, and educating customers about Rosedale Bank's products and services. You'll be part of a team that values professionalism, service excellence, and relationship-building.

In this position you will:

  • Create a personalized, responsive, and convenient customer experience.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and thorough service.
  • Learn and promote all Bank products and services, highlighting benefits tailored to customer needs.
  • Educate customers on digital banking tools and guide them through processes like online banking and ATM PIN resets.
  • Process a variety of transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and official checks.
  • Handle CD penalties, stop payments, ACH stop payments, currency transaction reports, PIN resets, disputes, and debit card orders.
  • Follow all cash handling, security, and operational procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
