SUMMARY
The Talent Success Partner supports the execution of the Bank's succession planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives. Working under the direction of the Talent Success Manager, this role helps deliver programs that enhance employee effectiveness and engagement. This position works closely with the Talent Success Manager and HR subject matter experts to implement programs focused on leadership development, career management, succession planning, and performance coaching. In addition, the Talent Success Partner assists with early career programs and consults with leaders to assess development needs, track program outcomes, and provide data-driven recommendations that support the team's overall talent strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implements and maintains talent development initiatives, as directed by the Talent Success Manager, to support short- and long-term organizational goals.

  • Develops and facilitates leadership and professional development programs for employees. Assists in facilitating workshops that drive organizational change while promoting a strong culture.

  • Supports early career programs, including Management Trainee and Internship programs.

  • Measures, tracks, and analyzes program outcomes to evaluate effectiveness. Provides data and recommendations to the Talent Success Manager to inform continuous program improvement.

  • Researches and recommends enhancements to talent development programs, processes, and practices.

  • Maintains talent development documentation and materials; supports the development and maintenance of the department's intranet and SharePoint sites.

  • Monitors and responds to talent development and Leadership & Professional Development inquiries and correspondence.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support talent initiatives and resolve program-related challenges.

  • Supports succession planning processes by maintaining documentation, tracking successor readiness data, and preparing materials for talent review sessions.

  • Functions as an internal consultant, driving the measurement and improvement of systems, processes, technology, and people practices across the HR organization and the Bank.


QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Associate's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field required

  • 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in a Human Resources environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required and

  • 2-4 years experience as a learning and development administrator, trainer, or in a related role preferred


LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) preferred

  • Instructional Design preferred

  • Certified Executive Coach preferred

  • Certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We offer a competitive total compensation package including base salary and benefits. The anticipated pay range for this position is $67,870 to $105,270 per year (in CO & WA) and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location. Additionally, this role is eligible to receive annual discretionary cash bonuses. Benefits available for this position include, but are not limited to, medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability benefits and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, employee assistance program, 401(k), Paid Time Off (new hires accrue at .069 per hours worked which equates to approximately 18 days per year inclusive of paid sick time) and up to 11 paid Federal holidays.
