You'll lead a dedicated team, oversee suite operations, and ensure every detail, from service quality to safety standards, runs flawlessly, leaving a lasting impression on every visitor. 

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $42415 - $54890

What you'll bring 

  • Demonstrated experience in food and beverage management, ideally within high-end venues, luxury restaurants, or sports/event settings. 
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, manage performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. 
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with guests, clients, and staff at all levels. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to respond quickly to operational challenges under pressure. 
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices to maintain high standards of service and compliance.
