As an independent agency, First Choice Insurance works with multiple carriers to help clients find coverage options that fit their needs and budgets. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Pontotoc, MS. The Salesperson will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs, explain coverage options, and recommend appropriate policies. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling and conducting in-person or phone consultations, and preparing quotes. The role also involves processing applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and following up on leads to meet individual and agency sales goals. The Salesperson will collaborate with office staff to ensure timely customer service, stay current on product and policy changes, and participate in ongoing training and local community outreach activities.
