Job Summary:Supports the functions of Nurse-Family Partnership Program (NFP). Provides administrative and clerical support to staff including data organization and entry, organizing supplies and materials. Essential Duties:Provides clerical and administrative support to program staff and assists with all aspects of the office environment.Inputs NFP data in a timely and accurate manner into data collection systems.Performs program support tasks such as organizing forms and files; photocopying; orders and maintains program materials and educational handouts.Uses computerized data entry software to enter, store and/or retrieve information.Compiles information on community resources such as food bank, diaper bank, and mobile health clinic.   Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA regulations. Required Education/Experience/Skills/Abilities:High school graduate and two years of office/clerical experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills.Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.Interpersonal skills with clients and staff at various levelsOrganizational, clerical, and written and verbal communication skillsPrioritizing and meeting deadlinesMust be able to meet training and agency requirements for the position.
