Job description

Job Summary:
The OEM Dealer Support Supervisor will offer after-market support to our dealers and dealer customers to service
equipment and parts orders as needed. They will communicate design issues, dealer/customer concerns, or other
related feedback to the company. They will adhere to all Bandit safety, quality, inventory and production
guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create SWOT analysis to understand what the dealer needs when growing their Bandit parts and service.
• Conduct internal and external parts and service training.
• Verify warranty claims for dealers.
• Answer dealers/customers questions in a timely manner.
• Create dealer suggested stock orders.
• Communicate with other departments on machine issues in the field.
• Bring the “voice of the customer” back to Bandit dealers/customers by improving customer service,
equipment designs, and assisting with troubleshooting machines.
• Travel to dealers/customers and assist with dealer start-ups, open houses, and trade shows.
• Work closely with Parts department to set internal and dealer plans to support Bandit parts sales.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Sales background preferred.
• Proficient computer skills
• Two (2) or more years of experience in manufacturing and mechanical aptitude

Physical Requirements:
• Frequently sit for extended periods of time
• Occasionally stand, walk, push, pull, stoop, pinch, grasp, and/or bend
• Requires employee to occasionally work both inside/outside in heat/cold, and/or wet/humid conditions.
• Occasionally required to use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent injury.
• Occasionally lift 30 pounds
