The Total Rewards Specialist supports the administration, delivery, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards programs, including payroll, benefits, leave of absence, compensation, and HRIS processes. This role may focus more deeply in one or more functional areas based on individual expertise, experience and business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Payroll

  • Process payroll for BAMF Health entities in accordance with established schedule.

  • Audit payroll data to ensure accuracy; investigate and resolve discrepancies.

  • Support quarterly and year-end payroll activities, including reporting and reconciliation.

Benefits

  • Ensure accuracy of all benefit enrollments within HRIS and carrier portals through audits and reconciliation.

  • Support team member enrollment activities (new hires, life events, open enrollment).

  • Develop and implement educational support programs.

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance offerings.

Leave of Absence

  • Provide leave of absence and accommodation support for team members and leaders.

  • Maintain tracking and supporting documentation.

  • Understand evolving federal and state requirements to ensure BAMF Health is compliant.

Compensation

  • Support market pricing and benchmarking activities.

  • Assist with compensation analysis, program documentation and reporting.

HRIS

  • Develop and enhance Total Rewards reports and dashboards.

  • Support HRIS optimization and testing.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.

  • 1 year of direct experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in payroll, benefits, leave of absence or compensation preferred.

  • Workday experience preferred

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Schedule Details:

  • Employment Status: Full time (1.0 FTE)

  • Weekly Scheduled Hours: 40

  • Hours of work: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Days worked: Monday to Friday

  • Hybrid opportunity available
