Tactical Revolution is a fast-growing small business specializing in providing a wide range of products and services to government clients. Our portfolio includes staffing, role players, exercise support, pyrotechnics, courses of instruction, ballistic shields, beacons, and armor solutions. We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our Products Division team.
Position Overview:
The Mechanical Engineer will play a critical role in the design, development, and optimization of our product lines, focusing primarily on creating CAD models, SolidWorks simulations, shop drawings, and work instructions.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize CAD models for various products.
  • Produce accurate and comprehensive SolidWorks simulations.
  • Create detailed shop drawings for manufacturing.
  • Write clear and concise work instructions for assembly and operations.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
  • Conduct tests and validations of models and finished products.
  • Work in accordance with company standards and government regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design.
  • Proficient in CAD and SolidWorks.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and capable of obtaining a security clearance.
