Job description

Business Development Supervisor

This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual to manage our internet leads and develop our sales and service business. This position manages a team of Business Development Coordinators and will report directly to the General Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing internet inquiries
  • Forecasting goals and review tracking & reporting with the General Manager.
  • Responsible for training/onboarding current and future BDC representatives.
  • Responding and following up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and equity mining opportunities.
  • Work with Sales Managers to assist with sales and follow up on leads.
  • Resolve customer complaints in Sales & Service.
  • Grow internet sales business and expand the current customer base
  • Manage team of BDC Representatives

Environmental & Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds
