Job description

The Architect of the Capitol; Senate Office Buildings; Client Services Division; Labor and Custodial Branch. Seeking a reliable Baling Machine Operator to sort materials by recyclable grades and operates baling machines with capacities of one half to one ton bales and uses a forklift and/or crane to move completed bales from baling machines and places bales on flatbed trucks for transport.


Qualifications:

You must meet all eligibility and qualifications requirements by the closing date of the job announcement.
Screen out: 

 1.)   Ability to do the work of a Baling Machine Operator without more than normal supervision.

 2.)  Experience in sorting materials by recyclable grades

 3.) Operating baling machines with capacities of one half to one-ton bales

 4.) Using a forklift and/or crane to move completed bales from baling machines and places bales on flatbed trucks for transport.

 5.) Must lift be able to lift 80 pounds or more.
