Position Overview

Brighten Every Life Therapy is seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection with both clients and team members. Our work hours are structured Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which fosters a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be engaged in various therapeutic practices to support our clients. Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individual therapy and counseling to assist clients in addressing their emotional and mental health challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
  • Designing personalized, client-centered treatment plans, which consider the unique needs, preferences, and goals of each client.
  • Conducting regular therapy sessions and reassessing treatment plans periodically to reflect clients' progress and evolving needs.
  • Performing comprehensive assessments to effectively gauge client progress and adapt therapeutic approaches accordingly.
  • Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging open dialogue, and offering tools and strategies to clients.
  • Collaborating with other professionals and referring clients to specialized services when necessary to ensure holistic support.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals, couples, and families who are facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our diverse client population includes clients from various backgrounds seeking assistance in improving their relationships and overall mental well-being. The ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to suit different dynamics, whether you are working with couples or families, is crucial for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • An active and valid LMFT license in the state of California.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic practices with individuals, couples, and families.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
Preferred Experience

In addition to the basic qualifications, we prefer candidates who have:

  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in a similar therapeutic setting.
  • Certifications or specialized training in areas such as trauma-informed care, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), or other relevant methodologies.
  • A strong understanding of various mental health issues, therapy modalities, and the ability to implement them effectively in practice.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
