Whole Body Orthopedic Rehab is seeking a dedicated and licensed Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Woodbridge, Virginia. This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in Woodbridge, Virginia. • Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries, leveraging evidence-based practices as well as innovative treatment modalities.
• Design personalized treatment plans that may include therapeutic exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Document treatment progress meticulously, ensuring comprehensive records of patient responses and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Conduct regular reassessments to modify therapeutic goals and redefine treatment strategies based on patient developments.
• Provide education and training for patients and their caregivers regarding self-care techniques, assistive device usage, and proper therapeutic practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements by participating in professional development opportunities such as workshops and training sessions.

Our patient population at Whole Body Orthopedic Rehab includes a diverse range of individuals, from pediatric patients recovering from sports injuries to adults undergoing rehabilitation post-surgery. You will build strong therapeutic relationships with patients, fostering trust and engagement to enhance their rehabilitation experience.

• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Virginia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficient in computer and word processing skills, enabling you to maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to patient care, demonstrating agility in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to recent graduates; prior work experience is not a requirement.

• Experience in an orthopedic or rehabilitation setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, or therapeutic exercise equipment.
• Knowledge of patient care processes across physical rehabilitation environments.

The salary for the Orthopedic Physical Therapist position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
