Job description

Ebby's Collision Center is looking to hire a new collision estimator. We are a high volume fast passed repair facility located in Hampton, Va. Our hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5:00PM NO WEEKENDS.

We are looking for a reliable hard working individual who is on time and focused on the task at hand. This person should be able to multitask, problem solve, and work well with others. Clear and direct communication is a must! We are seeking a person who has excellent computer and research skills. Experience in the collision industry is a plus! however is not required for this roll.

Job Duties

- Estimate collision damage

- properly identify replacement vs repairable parts

-research correct repair procedures

- order parts effectively

- communicate repair status to customers

- track and follow status of repairs

-properly build work orders and assign to technicians

- follow insurance companies guidelines

-communicate efficiently with insurance adjusters
