This position is responsible for the production of donuts, including mixing cake donut and yeast donut mixes, sheeting the dough, cutting, and proofing the donuts. Quality control. Follow safe, sanitary food handling policy to prevent contamination and food borne illnesses. Read and understands mix formulas, and able to use digital and balance scales. Must be able to write and follow a donut production guide. Responsible for checking weight and size of raw donuts. Be able to work independently and with others.

Flexible schedule with holidays and weekends required
