Job Description

Job Title: HSB Shift Leader Company: Hawkins Empire Division: Hawkins Sweet Bakery (HSB) Location: Jackson, MS Employment Type: PartTime / FullTime

The HSB Shift Leader oversees bakery operations during assigned shifts, supports staff, ensures product quality, and maintains a clean, organized environment. This role helps keep daily operations running smoothly and represents the Hawkins Sweet Bakery standard of excellence.

Qualifications

  • Shift Oversight - Lead and support staff during assigned shifts

  • Customer Service Support - Assist with customer needs and resolve issues

  • Team Coordination - Assign tasks to cashiers, bakers, and packaging staff
