Do you get excited about developing talented teams, sharing your expertise, and helping a bakery program reach its full potential?


If so, River Valley Co-op may have the perfect opportunity for you.


We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bakery Department Manager to lead our growing bakery program within our community-owned grocery store.


What You'll Lead


Our bakery program currently includes:

  • Scratch-made pies
  • Cakes and specialty desserts
  • Cookies, bars, and sweet treats
  • Quick breads, muffins, and scones
  • Bake-off bagels
  • Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free offerings that meet the diverse needs of our community
