CDL Delivery / Treater Driver - Upstream Chemicals

Our Upstream Chemicals Team leverages chemistry, technical expertise, and proven application methods to improve process treatment applications at refinery and industrial sites. The team plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of chemical products to customer locations, supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Fueling Your Passion

As a CDL Delivery / Treater Driver, you will be responsible for transporting chemicals from plant sites to customer locations while supporting onsite treatment operations. You will ensure all deliveries, treating activities, and documentation meet DOT, safety, and quality standards, providing firstclass service to customers.

As a CDL Delivery / Treater Driver, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting daytoday warehouse and delivery operations, including route preparation, shipping papers, and DOTrequired pretrip inspections.

  • Performing daily inventory checks at sites and loading required chemicals via pumps to complete treatment routes.

  • Ensuring compliance with all DOT regulations applicable to delivery and treating fleets.

  • Completing required documentation for DOT inspection records, treatment tablets, maps, and logs to ensure safety and compliance.

  • Performing gate checks, routine maintenance on pumping systems, and workarea inspections to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Driving a treater truck to and from customer locations in a safe and compliant manner.

  • Following all company Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) policies, quality standards, and legal requirements at all times.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Have a minimum of 6 months of CDL driving experience.

  • Have a valid Class A or Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.

  • Have a clean driving record.

  • Have good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a teambased, safetyfirst environment.

  • Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical, toolbased tasks.

  • Have the ability to operate heavyduty manual transmission vehicles.

  • Be willing to load and unload inventory and work in both workshop and field environments.
