Job SummaryServers are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests through friendly, attentive, and efficient service from start to finish! Our team prides itself on warm hospitality, strong menu knowledge, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming, friendly first impression
  • Guide guests through the menu, including food, cocktails, beer, and wine
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
  • Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and anticipate needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked section throughout the shift
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
  • Handle guest requests, questions, or concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Process payments and close out checks accurately
  • Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and restaurant policies
  • Assist teammates and support overall restaurant operations as needed
  • Complete opening, running, and closing side work duties

Qualifications:
