Job description

E-Logic is seeking qualified Facility Planner to support planning and facilities management activities for military installations. The selected candidates will provide professional planning services, prepare installation planning documents, develop military construction project packages, and support long-range facility planning initiatives for Government stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare regional and installation plans and studies (RIPs, RSIP, IDPs, ICIP, IAP, ATFP, Master Plans).
  • Prepare Basic Facility Requirements (BFRs) and Facility Planning Documents (FPDs) in iNFADS; perform Asset Evaluations.
  • Develop MILCON DD-1391 packages (entered in PAX), site approval documents, and SRM project packages.


Required Qualifications
  • Degree in an appropriate engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, or community planning discipline AND 7 years of similar planning experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Navy Shore Facility Planning System (SFPS).
  • Working knowledge of Navy e-systems such as iNFADS, PAX, and ieFACMAN.
  • Analytic skills and demonstrated ability to work with abstract planning concepts in the shore facilities planning environment.

Security & eligibility:

  • U.S. citizen with a current, active DoD Secret clearance.
  • Valid driver's license.


Location: Primary work location is NSA Naples (Capodichino), Italy (PSC 817 Box 51, FPO, AE 09622-0051). The position requires frequent Temporary Duty (TDY) travel to NSA Bahrain, Kingdom of Bahrain, including NSA 1, NSA 2, NSA 3, and Isa Air Base. TDY travel may consist of up to ten (10) trips, each lasting approximately ten (10) days, during each performance period. While performing work at NSA Bahrain, employees may be required to work in austere environments due to damaged facilities and must be capable of performing physical activities such as prolonged walking, standing, climbing, crouching, and bending. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
