Position Summary:

This position is responsible for proper cleaning, routine maintenance, storage and staffing of golf cars for daily use and special events.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

  • Delivers and receives golf bags, cleans and maintains patron clubs and equipments and assists with loading and unloading of golf bags
  • Maintains a clean and organized bag room

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists with delivering driving range equipment, as needed
  • Assists with other related duties, as needed

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a working knowledge of golf operations
  • Must be physically able to lift, carry and deliver golf bags and driving range equipment in a timely fashion
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License

Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Training Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Mohegan Sun corporate and department policies and procedures
  • Working knowledge of the rules and regulations of the game of golf

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions
  • Must be able to stand and walk long distances for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
