  Ensure smooth efficient operation of the Bag Room

Follows established check lists for the position

Keeps Bag Room neat and orderly

Maintains rental clubs by proper cleaning and storage

Stores, cleans, tags, and organizes guest clubs 

Ensures that all equipment in the bag room is secure


Ensure outstanding guest service

Approaches all guests in an efficient and prompt manner

Transports clubs to and from member and guest vehicles 

Provides directions to golfers as needed

Assists in preparing for golf events as needed 

Offer additional services to members such as re-griping clubs, fitting clubs, etc


Follow general employee requirements 

Follows all employee policies

Arrives at work on time and prepared for the first golf party of the day

Ensures adherence to all standards regarding grooming, uniform requirements, and name tag standards

Follows all safety rules and regulations
