Product Design and Development - Product Designer - Specialized 3
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking a technical-minded Product Designer for a special project. This role focuses on the technical execution of bag design, translating existing ideas and AI-generated concepts into manufacturable products. The position involves close collaboration with internal tech development teams and external factories to create detailed tech packs.
Key Responsibilities

• Build the technical elements of bag designs, with a focus on execution rather than creative ideation.
• Create detailed tech packs for bag manufacturing.
• Translate designs, including those generated by AI, into tangible product specifications for factories.
• Collaborate with internal technology development teams.
• Communicate with factories to ensure design specifications are met.

Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in technical bag design is required.
Technical Skills: Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing technical drawings and examples of bag design, with a preference for utilitarian styles over fashion-focused designs.
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the sports or consumer goods industry.
• Experience working with designs built from AI and developing them into real products.
• Experience connecting with factories and internal technical development teams.
