Requirements:
  • Able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions
  • Capable of operating multiple pieces of construction equipment (at least 1 year preferred)
  • Must have hand tools and reliable transportation, clean background, and driver's license
  • Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also perform independently

The right individual will be an experienced heavy equipment operator with the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations. They will be able to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities, with proven ability to work independently. They should excel in a very fast paced environment and be able to work under pressure. Must be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service. Must be willing and able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions. Able to work well in an environment of constant changes, and have a “no excuses, make it happen” attitude.
