Responsibilities
• Job Summary: Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems - specifically SalesForce.com CRM business applications for Sales, Service, E-Commerce and Marketing
• Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, developing, and training systems and procedures.
• Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for to meet business requirements.
• Designs details of automated systems
• Lead and/or participate in cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues, client-focused, working in conjunction with geographically diverse business and IT teams
• Perform technical analysis, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customizations
• Support cross systems and related integrations across native Salesforce eco system
• Work with backend systems integration and Data Warehouse team members to implement integrated data and process flows
• Analyze and recommend improvements to existing data and process flows
• Provide design documentation and planning for current and future systems design
• Build solution on Salesforce.com platform, including development in Force.com, Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Web Services and API's
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects for planned releases and production issues
• Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions
• Customization and development of Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other tools to extend platform capabilities
• The employee will be expected to work in a normal office environment as well as have a proper remote workspace available
• Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System
Minimum 7+ years' experience in Salesforce application development, extensions, and customization
• Bachelor's degree in information science, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Strong functional understanding of Sales, Service and Marketing Business processes
• Implementing security measures to safeguard data and sensitive information, managing user access, and enforcing security best practices
• Expertise in using REST API's, SOAP Web services, SOQL, SOSL
• Configuration - Hands on Experience in Data Model, Security, Workflows, Validation Rules, Approval Process, Process Builder and Flow
• Knowledge of Development/Coding standards and best Practices in VF/Apex and governor limits
• Deployment - Hands on Experience in Changeset
• Customization - Experience in Future Methods, Queueable
• Configuration - Experience in Email Template, Translation Workbench, Partner Portal, Salesforce Mobile App
• Hands on Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud
• Data Migration - Data Loader, Import Wizard
• Knowledge of Lightning Framework and Lightning Design System
• Should be experienced in translating functional requirements and business rules into technology solutions and develop a technical strategy
• Good knowledge of Waterfall and Agile implementation methodologies
• Customer orientation and customer facing skills
