In this role you'll provide analytical expertise to drive process improvements, conduct specialized studies, and define clear requirements while developing functional architectures for both frontend and backend components. You'll lead the migration from AWS to Azure, ensuring a smooth transition for existing services and building new Azurenative capabilities, and you'll design, code, test, and deploy applications across the stack. Rapid response cycles are essential: you'll perform timecritical analysis of application issues, recommend actions, and deliver hotfixes or rollbacks as needed, owning the deployment pipeline with Azure DevOps and CI/CD best practices. Collaboration with a small testing team will ensure functionality, performance, and security throughout the development lifecycle. The Work:
The work centers on providing Software Development and analytical expertise to build tools and resources and drive process improvements, define requirements, and develop functional architectures for both frontend and backend systems while overseeing the migration of existing AWS applications to Azure. You'll design, code, test, and deploy new cloudnative solutions, manage rapid hotfix and rollback cycles, and maintain the CI/CD pipeline for timely patch releases.

This position requires the candidate to be eligible for and willing to obtain a Top Secret clearance with polygraph.
