About the Role

We are building infrastructure that processes and analyzes massive streams of AI interactions in real time. As a Senior Backend & Infrastructure Engineer, you will design the systems that power our platform''s scalability, reliability, and performance.

You will help build the foundation that enables customers to trust and understand their AI systems.

Responsibilities

Architect and operate highly scalable backend services and distributed systems.

Design infrastructure capable of handling millions of daily requests with low latency and high reliability.

Build and optimize high-throughput ingestion, processing, and storage pipelines.

Drive performance, resiliency, observability, and fault tolerance across the platform.

Collaborate with product and ML teams to support evolving platform requirements.

Lead technical decisions around infrastructure architecture and system design.

Participate in incident response and reliability initiatives.

Requirements

Proven track record designing and scaling production systems.

Strong expertise in distributed systems, databases, networking, and cloud infrastructure.

Experience building high-volume data ingestion and processing pipelines.

Deep understanding of system reliability, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
