JSA is currently hiring for a Back Office Specialist & Receptionist on our Support Staff team. Our support staff plays a vital role in the company's day-to-day operations. Position Description:
The Back Office Specialist & Receptionist role is responsible for entering data into the agency management operating system, handling mail, and backing up phone reception when needed. Must be able to effectively communicate and maintain excellent customer service to agents and companies. Must possess the ability to work within a team environment and coordinate processes.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Process mail in and out of the office, including trips to the company PO box daily
  • Log applications into agency management operating system
  • Assist with phone coverage when needed
  • Maintain a professional relationship with internal staff, retail agents, and companies via written and phone communication and maintain excellent customer service to agents and customers
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must possess basic computer knowledge and skills
  • Must possess the ability to work within a team environment and coordinate processes
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with various deadlines
