The Role and Impact
Intel's Sales Operations Analyst role is a pivotal position that bridges the gap between sales, business units, customers, and operations teams to drive results across supply chain, forecasting, and revenue optimization. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play an integral role in supporting Intel's sales strategies by transforming complex data into actionable insights while improving business processes and driving operational excellence. Your contributions will directlyimpactIntel's ability to deliver exceptional value to customers andmaintainits position as a leader in the semiconductor industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a communication conduit between customers, sales teams, business units, and Intel factories to optimize supply and revenue while achieving mutual business objectives.
  • Manage the sales process and back-office, act as the communication conduit between the Customer, Sales, and the Factory to optimize revenue and supply.
  • Partner cross-functionally within and across sales teams to ensure data quality, availability, and governance.
  • Develop, implement, and enhance business processes for customer supply chain management and compliance measurements.
  • Manage order types/invoice points, expedite requests, change requests and RMAs.

Core Competencies

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
Qualifications:

The Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Minimum qualifications listed below would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experience and / or schoolwork/classes/research. The preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
  • 3+ years of experience working with SAP, including expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (Order Management).
  • 3+ years of experience managing order processes from creation to invoicing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or an advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance or in a related field of study.
  • Experience with semiconductor wafer foundry operations, and industry best practices.
  • Certification in SAP S/4 HANA (SD) or hands-on experience with SAP Sales and Distribution modules.
  • Advanced Excel expertise, with the ability to handle large datasets and perform detailed data analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems commonly used in semiconductor manufacturing (such as SAP S/4 HANA).
