Our growing practice is seeking an experienced front office coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the front office daily activities. In addition you will be responsible for surgery schedluing and educating patient for the process.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the reception area to ensure a welcoming and efficient patient experience.
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Manage the appointment scheduling system to optimize patient flow.
  • Oversee the verification of insurance information for new and existing patients.
  • Collaborate with billing staff to address any billing or insurance-related issues.
  • Work closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth coordination between front and back-office operations.
  • This position is also responsible for surgery scheduling and coordination with the surgery center.
  • Greets patients and visitors. Determines their needs and directs them accordingly
  • Data entry of demographic and insurance information
  • Scheduling and registering patients, including the accurate collection of required data
  • Receives, answers and responds to telephone calls from patients or their representatives
