Job Title: Back Server
Location: 1830 Chophouse – Lebanon, Indiana
Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Friday–Saturday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

1830 Chophouse is a locally owned fine dining restaurant in the heart of downtown Lebanon. We are passionate about delivering an outstanding guest experience through exceptional food, polished service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Our team is tight-knit, hardworking, and committed to hospitality at the highest level.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional, guest-focused Back Server to join our front-of-house team. This role is a blend of host, food runner, and server assistant—perfect for someone looking to gain experience in fine dining and grow into a full server role upon turning 21.
What You’ll Do:

  • Refill water and other beverages efficiently and courteously
  • Clear tables, reset settings, and maintain cleanliness throughout service
  • Assist servers with placing and running food orders
  • Monitor guest needs and support timely table service
  • Help enforce our steps of service to ensure a five-star experience
  • Provide a welcoming and hospitable presence for every guest
