Logistics Specialist – Entry Level - Elk Grove Village, IL

$22/hour-$25/hour


Start your career in logistics by learning how the operation works from the inside out.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in logistics and supply chain. This is an office-based, back-end operations role where you’ll play an important part in keeping orders, shipments, inventory, and logistics processes running smoothly.

It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop practical logistics experience and grow into a larger role over time.


What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and track shipments from order through delivery
  • Enter and maintain accurate order, shipment, and inventory information
  • Prepare shipping documents and labels
  • Enter data and process transactions in internal systems
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support the logistics team with daily operational needs
  • Learn and take on additional responsibilities as you gain experience


What We’re Looking For

  • Associate's Degree
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Previous experience (preferred) - MOST importantly, we are looking for someone eager to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
