Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager (CPA) in the Fort Worth area to lead and oversee all accounting and financial operations of the organization. This key leadership role is responsible for managing the company's accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and developing budgets that support business objectives while mitigating financial risk. The Controller will oversee accounting operations, cash and risk management, financial analysis, budgeting, compliance, and audit coordination while providing strategic insights to leadership through financial and operational metrics.

Requirements:
  • 3 to 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Experience in manufacturing , or transportation industry highly preferred

  • Bachelor's Accounting/Finance or CPA degree preferred
