Key Description / Responsibilities:
Responsibilities would include creating an engaging learning environment that fosters academic and spiritual growth, develops Middle School students' skills, and a love of learning science.
Additionally, the candidate must be able to:
  • Develop and implement daily lesson plans that address spiritual, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
  • Use diverse instructional techniques such as modeling, observing, questioning, demonstrating, and reinforcing.
  • Encourage children to develop self-help skills and independence.
  • Adapt curriculum to meet individual learning needs and initiate referrals when necessary.
  • Promote positive behavior through redirection, positive reinforcement, and adherence to the school's behavioral policies.
  • Maintain positive communication with families through newsletters, daily updates, and as-needed outreach.
  • Attend regular staff meetings and participate in annual reviews and professional development.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding children, families, and staff.
  • Assist students who may need additional support.
