Reports to: Director of Creative Services

Date: June 2026

Job Description:

We are seeking a Television Producer to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting a diverse range of television productions including programs, specials, packages, promos, profiles, and an array of projects. The ideal candidate is a resourceful, detail-oriented producer with a strong background in the production and scheduling of weekly shows. This role will serve as producer for all elements of pre-production, production, editing and promotion of 2 BronxNet Signature Shows - BronxTalk (Weekly - 29-min Show) & Open Friday (Weekly - 59-min Show).

Producer Duties:

• Manage the production and scheduling for assigned shows including aiding with stories and guest selection, writing and researching agendas.

• Contribute fresh ideas to keep content exciting and innovative, including suggestions of themes, stories, and content for upcoming episodes and social media content. • Create Inception Rundowns

• Schedule weekly filming sessions, leading filming sessions, producing • Coordinates crewing of productions, handles the scheduling of resources and equipment for the department

• Develop questions and scripts for the hosts and guests

• Edit weekly episodes and send to Programming and YT.

• Create YT & Social media descriptions

• Serve as Back-Up Producer for other shows

• Performs other duties as identified by the Director of Creative Services and/or Production Manager in support of company goals and objectives.

• Other duties as assigned

Preferred education and experience

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 2-4 years of television production experience

• 2 years of editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro X • Must be able to work on multiple projects and manage time efficiently

• Strong computer skills including knowledge of GSuite, Trello

• Excellent judgment, strong organizational and decision-making skills

• Detail-oriented; able to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficientl

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Must have ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment


• Directing experience for live shows, live-to-tape shows and field events

• Well versed in camera, teleprompter, CCU, audio, graphics and floor managing
