Duties and Responsibilities Teach assigned courses in the discipline and/or Interdisciplinary Studies Maintain minimum of one office hour per week for each course taught. Prepare course syllabus and reports related to teaching and student progress. Work under supervision of department chairperson in integrating teaching efforts with other instructors in the discipline area.

Duties and responsibilities may include work with multi-media presentations and distance education instruction. Minimum Qualifications As listed, all minimum qualifications must be from institutions accredited by recognized US agencies and met by the effective date of appointment. ACCOUNTING (transfer and non-transfer courses): (a) Master's in Accounting (Macc); or (b) Master's in Business Administration (MBA) including 18 credits in Accounting (undergraduate and/or graduate - 300 level or higher); or (c) Bachelor's in Accounting and three (3) years related work experience in accounting; or (d) Bachelor's in related fields such as Business Administration (in areas other than Accounting) including 18 credits Accounting (undergraduate and/or graduate - 300 level or higher) and five (5) years related work experience work experience in accounting; or (e) Bachelor's in any field and CPA/CMA or equivalent professional accounting certification (in the USA).

Desirable Qualifications Teaching experience at community college level. Demonstrated ability to work with adult learners. Familiarity with competency-based instruction and behavioral objectives.
