Job Description

Excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong technical accounting background to join a Fortune 500 company as the Director, Corporate Accounting.  Responsibilities include oversight of month, quarter and year-end close, review and analysis of balance sheet accounts, monthly accounting and forecasting for corporate functions as well as management of domestic cash and reporting to Senior Management.  BS in Accounting and CPA are required, MBA highly preferred.  Prior public accounting experience (Big 4 highly preferred), 8+ years of accounting and 3+ years of management experience are required.
