About the Role

Our Chapman BMW on Camelback team in Phoenix is currently seeking a Client Advisor to join our dealership. In this role, you will take ownership of the client experience by understanding customer needs, presenting tailored vehicle solutions, and delivering exceptional product knowledge throughout the sales process. This is a great opportunity for motivated, customer-focused professionals who are passionate about luxury automotive sales and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and build relationships by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate BMW vehicles
  • Demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features, technology, and performance during test drives
  • Educate customers on warranties, financing options, and the full purchase process
  • Stay current on inventory, product updates, and BMW technology
  • Negotiate pricing and assist with completing sales and financing paperwork
  • Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term relationships
  • Generate leads through business development, networking, and CRM-based follow-up activities
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects through phone, email, and in-person interactions

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive sales experience required
  • Luxury/high-line sales experience preferred
