PRISM is a joint powers authority (JPA) that provides risk management and coverage programs for over 1,700 public entities throughout California. The Power BI Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards and paginated reports that deliver actionable insights to PRISM staff, member agencies, partners, brokers, and vendors. Working directly with business stakeholders, the Developer translates report specifications and business requirements into polished, production-ready Power BI solutions. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy - receiving a specification and driving the full development cycle with minimal supervision - while maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and professional quality expected of PRISM's reporting products.
