100 % Remote / Work from Home
3 Months Contract (Possible extension)
Important Skills Required for the below positions are :
Deep experience as a Program Manager on global initiatives for complex IT systems
Experience required using the Service Now project and portfolio management tool
using and setting up SharePoint sites and TEAMS to run complex programs and projects
Must have experience running projects or programs in a pharmaceutical company
Experience running MES or EBR project or program (Baxter is using POMS and POMSnet MES system, but any experience running MES is a plus) / Electronic batch record will automate and digitize forms from MES and LIMS systems. LIMS used at Baxter is Labvantage ELN
Job Description:
Candidates must have the following skills & experiences:
• Deep experience as Program Manager on global initiatives for complex IT systems
o Certifications preferred but not required as long as experience is demonstrated
• Experience required using Service Now project and portfolio management tool
• Experience using and setting up SharePoint sites and TEAMS to run complex programs and projects
• Experience running projects or programs in a pharmaceutical company
o Candidate must be familiar with computer validation process and requirements
• Experience running MES or EBR project or program
o Baxter is using POMS and POMSnet MES system, but any experience running MES is a plus
o Electronic batch record will automate and digitize forms from MES and LIMS systems. LIMS used at Baxter is Labvantage ELN
o Candidate must be experienced in working in manufacturing technology projects

1. Document MES program governance for Americas region (LATAM and UCAN). Examples of what is included:
a. Organization model with responsibilities at each level
b. Escalation methodology
c. Set up meeting cadence with outcomes, audience, and materials
2. Create milestone plan with tasks and duration for program and for project sites. Examples below:
a. Milestone plan with tasks, duration, efforts at project level is the template that project managers would then use to start their work
b. Milestone plan at program level to ensure all sites deliver on time, on budget
c. Includes PowerPoint slide overview and detailed in excel
3. Establish project manager onboarding and expectations for scorecards. Examples below:
a. ServiceNow is the project management tool for project management and OBS is custom built app to track # digitalization of achieving paperless manufacturing
b. Create a training document with instructions and links that can be provided to contract project managers
c. Establish best practices for entries on status, risks, issues, decisions with examples
d. Set cadence for when updates must be entered by local project managers, and process to review yellows and red status
e. Create portfolio dashboards views for regions
f. Create process document for project managers to print scorecard status into PPT for emails to leaders
4. Create the implementation guide for each project team to use. Examples of what is included:
a. Overall charter
b. Scope and timeline of project
c. Responsibilities of each role
d. Governance process
e. Pre-kick off tasks with links to templates (PowerPoint slides; meeting notice information); how to document benefit details, etc
f. Kick-off meeting; Analysis; Design; Build; Test; go-live; hypercare; support handoff; project close with links to example materials, who is responsible, etc (materials already exist, this is just to organize them into a run book)
g. How to set up access for contractors for project (and remove them)
h. How to contact support team for incidents, requests, changes, etc
5. Update and document the artifact repository methodology for Sharepoint
a. Tags and categories
b. Who posts materials, where, and when
i. i.e. Business cases, benefits, Functional Design Spec's; Technical Design Spec's; Validation Files; Test Scripts; Training, Success Stories, etc
ii. Link this to the implementation guide instructions
