From concept to completion, we work collaboratively with some of the best landscape architects, architects, engineers, designers, and developers in Texas to create stunning outdoor solutions that are as functional as they are beautiful. We thrive on the challenges of complex projects and problem-solving.
The Position
We are looking for an adaptable and goal-oriented Superintendent to join our tight-knit team! In this role, you will oversee day-to-day construction activities and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures and project requirements. You will coordinate project schedules, crews, subcontractors, and material needs while working closely with the Project Manager to provide updates, address challenges, and keep projects moving forward.
We welcome candidates with Superintendent experience across a variety of construction environments, including commercial, residential, civil, underground, site development, hardscape, or related construction work.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversees/supervises projects from beginning to completion to make sure that specs are followed and completed under Standard Operating Procedures guidelines.
  • Schedules and coordinates subcontractors and crews.
  • Encourages and enforces company and OSHA Safety program.
  • Manages progress updates with crews and subcontractors.
  • Informs Project Managers of changes, problems, or plan discrepancies.
  • Keeps regular accounts in the form of daily reports and photos in Procore on a daily basis.
  • Ensures the quality of work is within the guidelines of construction documents using B&D quality control standards.
  • This role provides supervision to others through motivation, direction, review, and feedback of assigned tasks.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related industry; construction or landscape construction experience preferred.
  • 2 years of superintendent experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Premier, Procore, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Primavera.

  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build relationships
  • Ability to make decisions and manage conflicts
  • Knowledge of industry standards and practices
