Job description

JOB OVERVIEW
The Marketing and Communications Specialist will play a vital role in establishing brand recognition, organizing and executing events, managing relationships with partners, guests, film studio reps, and on-site talent.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Work jointly with location management and corporate entities to determine marketing and promotional goals and systems.
  • Collaborate with publicity and events teams to develop mutually beneficial public relations and advertising opportunities.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of major theatrical releases and associated promotions.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of private rentals, parties, and special events.
  • Work with corporate members to govern public, media, and press relationships.
  • Represent the B&B mission and core values.
  • Accurately report on efforts to relevant parties.
  • Assist with any theatre-related duties as necessary.
  • Cleaning.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must have the availability to open and/or close regularly.
  • Demonstrated talent, creativity, organizational skills, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Extensive experience in marketing and event management.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing and executing promotional strategies.
  • Expertise in event planning and execution.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of public relations and media relations.
  • Strong alignment with B&B Theatres' mission and core values.
  • Strong reporting skills.
  • Ability to assist with various theater-related duties.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
