Job description

A well-established engineering and manufacturing organization in the Phoenix, AZ area is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator / Microsoft Cloud Engineer for a full-time position. This role is focused on designing, securing, and supporting a complex hybrid infrastructure environment spanning Microsoft 365 GCC High, Microsoft Azure, enterprise virtualization platforms, identity management, and on-premises data center technologies.

You'll work across Microsoft cloud platforms, virtualization, storage, networking, security, and automation while helping shape the future state of a mission-critical environment. Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years administering Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 GCC High environments
  • Strong Azure administration experience across compute, networking, storage, and infrastructure services
  • Expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, Conditional Access, and identity management
  • PowerShell scripting and automation experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management
  • VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V administration experience
  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions, ideally Veeam Backup & Replication
