  • Administer and manage Microsoft O365 Exchange Online and Azure services.
  • Manage Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013/2016 Environments, ADFS, Office365 global admin/support, Exchange Archiving experience, Backup and Restore PST. Exchange Migration experience
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
  • Skilled in working with different types of software Microsoft Exchange, PowerShell, Microsoft Outlook, Office365
  • Worked on different VMware products like VMware vSphere, vRealize, vSphere and with operations management.
  • Implement and enforce Office 365 security policies.
  • Implement and maintain anti-spam, anti-malware, and phishing protection policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mailbox, delivery, and email security issues.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Citrix environments, including XenDesktop and XenApp
  • Handle tier II supports Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
  • Design, deploy, and manage Citrix VDI solutions, ensuring efficient performance and stability.
  • Manage windows operating systems
  • Deploy OS images, applications, and patches using SCCM.
  • Monitor SCCM health and troubleshoot replication, client installation, and deployment issues.
  • Manage end to end Intune Software deployment as a service including release, distribution and the installation of packaged software
  • Intune / SCCM software deployment for workstations and Servers
  • Configure and manage Intune policies for Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Implement Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
  • Exposure to PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting
  • Experience in Setting up SCCM 2016 Servers, Distribution Servers, and Site Servers
  • Experience with WSUS and Patch Management using SCCM
  • Manage IronPort ESA (Email Security Appliance) configurations and policies.
  • Troubleshoot email routing, filtering, and encryption issues.
  • Experience with FireEye HX (endpoint) and NX (network) platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of malware analysis and threat hunting
  • Maintain ITIL Process
