This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role where you'll partner closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to shape how MX's platform is implemented and scaled. • Partner with customers and stakeholders: Work closely with customers, sales, and internal teams to understand business goals, technical requirements, and constraints-translating them into scalable, high-impact solutions
  • Design end-to-end architectures: Lead the design of solution architectures across infrastructure, applications, data, and security-ensuring performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability
  • Drive technical discovery and feasibility: Conduct assessments to evaluate solution viability, identify risks and dependencies, and guide decision-making with clear tradeoffs and recommendations
  • Act as a trusted advisor: Provide guidance on best practices, architecture patterns, and emerging technologies-helping customers and internal teams make informed technical decisions
  • Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts: Partner with sales to lead technical discussions, present solutions, and build confidence with customers throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate across teams: Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations to ensure solutions are implemented effectively and aligned with MX standards
  • Document and communicate clearly: Create architecture diagrams, design documentation, and implementation plans that enable alignment and successful execution
  • Continuously improve: Stay current on industry trends and proactively identify opportunities to improve MX's technical approach, scalability, and customer experience
Basic Qualifications
