Azure Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Manassas, Virginia. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in an outpatient office, where you will engage with a diverse patient population, helping them restore mobility and improve their overall quality of life. The setting for this role is our state-of-the-art outpatient office located in Manassas, VA. This facility is designed to maximize patient engagement and comfort, equipped with modern therapeutic tools and equipment. Our office hours are structured for optimal patient care, with scheduling from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. • Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique therapeutic needs and goals.
• Incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities such as exercise, manual therapy techniques, stretching exercises, and the utilization of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Continuously monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on home exercise programs and the proper use of assistive devices to promote independence in daily activities.
• Actively engage in professional development through attendance at workshops and seminars, and by staying current with the latest research in physical therapy.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the coordination of comprehensive care for all patients.

Our patient population spans a wide range of demographics, including children, adults, and seniors with diverse medical backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to work with patients dealing with conditions such as orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain syndromes. Your expertise and empathetic approach will directly contribute to improving patient quality of life.

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid and unrestricted State License to practice Physical Therapy.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience as a practicing physical therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex therapeutic concepts clearly to patients and their families.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software.
• A demonstrable commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning, showcasing your flexibility and adaptability in a clinical environment.

While two years of experience is required, we also welcome recent graduates who demonstrate a strong passion for physical therapy and a willingness to learn. Experience in outpatient care settings is highly preferred, as well as familiarity with adaptive equipment and assistive therapy modalities.
