Job Description We are seeking a Senior Application Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, microservices, and cloud/container platforms and a proven ability to deliver high-quality code with unit tests, support releases, and drive proofs of concept for new technologies. Responsibilities: Understand business needs and update application code with adequate unit testing.

Provide development support during testing and production validation. Create proofs of concept to evaluate new technologies and patterns. Support deployments and prepare production implementation plans.

Collaborate in an Agile team environment and engage with stakeholders as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Expertise in container and cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, and Azure. 7+ years of experience with Java/J2EE, Spring, RESTful services, and WS-Security.

Knowledge of Spring Integration, Cassandra, Kafka, MQ, and NoSQL databases. Proficiency in complex SQL for Oracle or SQL Server. Proficiency with Unix/Linux shell scripting.

Hands-on UI experience with Angular and React. Experience with code quality and testing tools such as JUnit and Sonar/Crucible. Familiarity with tools such as Eclipse, IntelliJ, Splunk, Dynatrace, and Autosys.

Experience with Agile development methodologies. Preferred Skills: Spring Boot microservices with REST and SOAP integration. Experience with event-driven designs leveraging Kafka.

Work Arrangement & Process: Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite in Newark, DE. Onsite day 1. Target start: July or August.

Interview process: technical discussion followed by a secondary interview. Video required. Submission limit: up to 3 candidates per vendor.
