Metal Finisher|$19/hr.+ (train on 1st then $2/hr. shift premium)|3rdshift Sundaythrough Thursday

Job Description 
As a Metal Finisher, you’ll play a key role in preparing and refining precision metal components used in critical applications. This position involves hands-on work with a variety of finishing techniques in a clean, safety-driven manufacturing setting.
 
Responsibilities: 
  •       Visually inspect castings according to work instructions.  
  •       Perform grit blasting, deburring, black light rework, degreasing, and water washing of parts.  
  •       Maintain a clean and safe workspace.  
  •       Complete additional tasks as assigned. 
 
Qualifications and Requirements: 
  •       Experience in metal finishing is preferred but not required.  
  •       Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.  
  •       Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.  
  •       Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.  
  •       Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
