Job description

Axon Medical Centers is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing Dallas team. This role will primarily focus on vestibular rehabilitation, while also treating a diverse patient population including orthopedic, neurological, and spine-related conditions.

We are committed to clinical excellence and professional growth—training and support will be provided for candidates looking to expand their vestibular rehab expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients

Provide hands-on therapy with a focus on vestibular rehabilitation

Treat a variety of conditions including ortho, neuro, and spine injuries

Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery expectations

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas

Strong clinical and communication skills

Interest or experience in vestibular rehabilitation (training provided)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay based on experience and skill set 50.00 - 60.00 per hour

Full-time and part-time opportunities available
