Job description

THROWING COACH
The Throwing Coach is responsible for training guests in the rules and techniques of hatchet-throwing at Stumpy’s. They are upbeat and positive with customers, offering assistance in their throw-down experience.
Responsibilities
-Train guests of rules and regulations
-Ensure guests are treated in a positive and enthusiastic way
-Continuously monitor throwers to ensure safety of all guests
-Assist guests with requests and needs
-Replace target boards as needed
-Sweep pit areas between throwing sessions
-Keep tables clean of excess garbage
-Empty garbage regularly and at end of shift
-Clean & sanitize tables at end of shift
-Clean & sanitize back bathroom Requirements
-Ability to provide a welcoming and fun environment to customers
-Excellent communication skills with both customers and fellow employees
-Attention to detail and safety
-Strong multitasking & problem solving skills
-Ability to work well with diverse teams
