Job Purpose
Performs routine transactions. Able to research and resolve standard issues. Our Billing analysts process payments, clears accounting entries, researches and makes decisions regarding corrections on policies. With experience handles escalated requests. Independently resolves complex and sensitive casework. Strong knowledge of product features and transaction processing. Ability to handle all calls with tact and poise while conveying a sense of understanding and urgency. Ability to answer routine inquiries and requests and with experience, to research and answer more complex issues. Strong interpersonal and decision making and problem solving skills.
Qualifications
Basic:
* Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
*Ability to work harmoniously in a team environment
*Knowledge of variable products
*Stong decision making skills
*Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Excellent time management skills
*Intermediate software skills with Microsoft Office (Word , Excel)
Preferred:
*Insurance Industry or Financial Industry is a plus
